Managing your subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from the billing portal.
Overview
Open your dashboard, then go to Settings → Billing → Manage Plan. From there, you can move between Free, Premium, and Family plans.
Upgrade and downgrade
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades or cancellations usually take effect at the end of the active billing period unless stated otherwise in your billing flow.
Where to manage based on platform
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, manage your plan in that store subscription page. Web subscriptions are managed through the web billing flow.
Need help with billing
If you were charged incorrectly, cannot change plan, or your entitlement is not updating, contact peace@calmsignal.app and include your account email and payment platform (Web, iOS, or Android).
